We strongly advise to use only genuine Canon power supplies. Using non-original power supplies can cause connection stability problems.
Orbitvu software, devices and cameras showed in the table are compatible with Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10 and MAC OS X 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10.13
ALPHASHOT EDITOR 2.7.3 and 2.7.4 are compatible with MacOs Mojave and OE 3.9.3.
Due to technology changes, we had to drop support for the old operating systems: Windows XP, VISTA and MAC OS X 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, and 10.9. Microsoft and Apple no longer support those systems.
Due to technical limitations, Nikon cameras cannot be fully integrated with Orbitvu automated solutions.
ORBITVU STATION 2018 does not support Nikon Cameras at the moment.
ALPHASHOT EDITOR and ORBITVU EDITOR may not be fully compatible with Nikon Cameras.
